1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or email).

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, among others:

Where goods can be returned, they must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition where reasonably possible.

4. Return process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email at supportcenter@shythrelvormae.world or by phone at +49 40 241 243 and state your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label or reference number.
  3. Pack the goods securely and send them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive the goods and have verified their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid by invoice or other deferred payment method, we will process the refund as agreed with the payment provider.

6. Defective goods

If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately. You have statutory warranty rights (e.g. repair, replacement, reduction in price, or withdrawal). In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
